faehren-helgoland.de brings together the ferry connections to Heligoland, Germany's only offshore island, in one place. It covers the routes to the island: departures from Cuxhaven, Hamburg, Büsum and other North Sea ports. Several shipping lines operate the crossing, including FRS Helgoline, Cassen-Eils and Adler-Schiffe, running seabird ships and catamarans on a seasonal schedule from April to October.

What this site is not
faehren-helgoland.de is an independent guide. We are not the official website of FRS Helgoline, Cassen-Eils or Adler-Schiffe. We are not a Heligoland travel guide either: we deliberately leave out sights, hotel bookings and flights. We don't offer vehicle transport, as Heligoland is car-free. Booking itself takes place directly with the shipping lines or through our partner GetYourGuide.
